If you need to make a return...

Item must be returned 15 days from the date of purchase or the item will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be in the original packaging (in new and unused condition).

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Returns being made on items purchased with a credit card will be refunded back to that card.

No cash refunds will be given on credit card purchases.

There will be no cash refunds on purchases made with a check until after the 7 day check clear period.

Exchanges during this 7 day period will be allowed for the exact amount of purchase only.

Absolutely no refunds on printed music and software.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange based on our written return policy.
